PCL ships its products across India. Read our shipping policy for more information regarding our shipping process.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS

1. Shipping is completely free on all orders above ₹10,000.
2. When you order products less than ₹10,000, you are required to pay a shipping fee of ₹100.
3. COD (Cash-on-Delivery) payment option is available.
4. Our products are shipped from our Delhi office.
5. To fulfill our domestic orders, we use Shiprocket.
6. Once we properly pack your product, it is typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
7. PCL has partnered with reputed courier partners so that your product/s reaches on time.
8. Customized orders will take up 20 to 25 business days to deliver to your doorstep. The products will be dispatched as soon as they are packed (above ₹2000).
9. Once we start shipping your product, you will be able to access the tracking information via email.
10. Refund turnaround time is 10 to12 business days and the amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
